Life's very busy so didn't blog for a long time. Me and my gf's relationship is getting better but not to the stage of marriage. Well, i hope to get married at a young age la..... anyway i am still young haha........ i wonder how is Pat...... next Fri i am attending a course at Connection One (old HDB building), hopefully have time to lunch again.

Just now heard from Luting that Candy is going Japan. Wow! Honeymoon leh...... so envy can go Japan lor..... now no money go. Sianz.....

Apart from work, my life for the past month really changed me. How to think of things and how i looked at people around me. I start to realise the inner happines is just within me, beside me and definately from how i treat people. When we slow down our pace, let our mind take flight. Fly into our heart and appreciate the smile in us and use that to face the person infront of us. Sometimes, happines can be so simple. Too simple that we are so use to forget. I thank that i am given a chance to cultivate and appreciate life.

How come all our photos and remarks are gone! How to retrieve? Ahhhhhhhh…… I am suppose to be IT savy…….

Work @ SGH toilet

My apologies....... I have been very very very busy. Can you imagine when i reach my desk at 8.30am, i work non-stop till 6pm or so (by right working hours is till 5.30pm). So many things to handle........ A counter for walking customer, 2 hotlines, tighten section's work process to meet dept target, set KPIs for my section (i.e. 12 staffs), implementation of IVR system and GST adjustment, Staff imaging, counseling staffs, staffs' performance appraisal, clearing of backlogs, build up section motivation to work harder, ensure everyday's earning (i.e. thousands of dollars for me to verify) and my daily duties to vet and verify medical reports. Of course, there are so many others which i dun wanna mention.

Its really not easy to manage a section. A lot of biasness and motivation issues among my staffs. Although my friend has been guiding me on my work but sometimes quite paisay to ask him cos his workload isn't any lesser than mine. So i have to learn to be more independent to ask around. Most of the time, i will go to my staffs and learn from them.

Well....... i can only say at the end of the day, although its tiring, i really learn alot. People here quite nice so still ok. Heng my dept manager very supportive towards our ideas. As long it makes sense and helps the current process to improve, she will empower us to implement our suggestions. Hence, i am working out a direction and some plans to "Re-brand" my section cos all along other depts in SGH sort of like condemned us as being very “Slack”.

Haha...... now cannot MSN or go friendster cos our IT block them. Hai.... can you imagine, my com is running with Windows 2000 and Office 97!

Pat, really missed the times we go for lunch. I just got to know there is a 15 mins free shuttle service from SGH to Bt Merah central. Maybe one of these days when I dun have much things, we can lunch together. Must ask Candy, Linton, Luting Julian and Zi come ah…….

Tell me more updates about E1 ok?

Hello guys! Past few days i was really busy and down with fever and flu...... Missed the laughter at E1 cos at my current dept its quite political. People dun really talk freely to each other. Work wise still ok so far just need to pull my sock up. Most challenging part is to manage a section of about 10 staffs. Procedures are already in place but looks like everyone is not following closely to it and my job is to make sure they do theirs.

Just came back from Temasek poly to meet a friend for lunch....... Today still wake up at 7am..... kaoz............. why why why am i so used to wake up so early? Going to E1?........

I cry already........... you guys did it......... Mei Zzzzzz the song very touching. If yesterday my com can play this song while i read it, i will cry when Pat video me liao......... Aiya wasted! If not the mannest man will cry in front of you. Tai gan dong le! WA................ lew........................................................... Long live Panda!

Guys! To be frank, i nearly dropped tears but my strong mind, will and acting skills stopped me from doing. I dunno what to say............. If not for better prospect, i wouldn't bear to leave you all. Its the people here that make me feel its worth to work at E1.

Dear Desmond, FIRST DAY AT WORK: When I first met you, my impression of you is "HOLY" coz you are a vegetarian, so much into psychology and your pattern. Therefore, I have recorded your contact in my hp as "Holy Weiren." Come to think about it, it is so funny. lol. Now, it can only confirm my view is right. hahaha..

HELLO PANDA: Ermm.. then gradually I get to know that you love to eat Hello Panda and you recommended me to eat it too. I got addicted to Hello Panda with your guidance and gradually finished a big pack within a week and develop fever and sore throat. haha.. nvm abt that. The worst thing is the side effect that I've developed, which is whenever I see you, you resemble so much of that Hello Panda's face. haha.. :P

GRADUALLY AT WORK: As time goes by, holy Weiren righteous side has shown, by openly suggesting to improve our work process. Admire your courage to voice out the improvement eventhough you haven't been in the dept for long. From there, I know that although you always look relax and calm, but you have your firm side and you are very active at work, which is good.

Last but not least, although all of us have a short time spent together with you.
